Each 1mL dose (25 drops) contains herbal extracts equivalent to:

Valeriana officinalis* (Valerian) fresh root 215.0mg

Humulus lupulus* (Hops) fresh fruit 182.5mg.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding.
