Immune booster, anti-nausea, high potent antioxidant, great if you are prone to getting sick or feel the flu coming on. Only 10% of its blend is White Tea, which only contains 1-2% caffeine. A very low caffeine tea!

Ingredients: Ginger Root (zingiber officinale), Lemongrass (cymbypogan citrates), Echinacea (echinacea purpurea), White Tea (camellia sinensis).

Flavour: Lemon ginger.

BREWING

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired taste. Best served without milk, hot or chilled.
