Ingredients: Dandelion Root (Taraxacun officinale), Ginseng (Withania somnifera), Wattleseed (Acacia victoriae), Cornflowers blossoms (Centaurea cyanus).

BREWING

Preparation: Place 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot with honey or lemon to taste. Can be served with or without milk.
