Each Softgel Capsule Contains:

Adults: PGX Capsules can be taken with or without food, with a glass of water (375-500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner. 

Week 1: 1-2 capsules, 3 times per day

Week 2: 2-4 capsules, 3 times per day

Week 3 + beyond: 3-6 capsules, 3 times per day.
