Directions for use:

Tea Cup:

Place filter back into a cup

Pour Boiling water into cups.

Infuse for at least 1-2 minutes. Longer infusion releases fuller flavour and herbal benefits.

Ice Tea:

For 1 litre of delicous iced tea, pour 500ml of boiling water over 3 teabags and leave until your preferred strength. Add sugar, lemon or honey while hot. Add 500ml of cold water and refrigerate. Serve with ice and fresh fruit if desired.
