Maarr is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia.

Finger Lime is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
