Mix 10g (2 teaspoon-TBC) of Restore with 400-700ml of water, shake until dissolved then consume. Take two servings per day or as directed by your health-care professional.

However, if you find the flavour too strong or too weak, we recommend adding or subtracting water until you find your perfect taste.
