Soothes Coughs, Indigestion & Diarrhoea

Marshmallow may be soothing for coughs, sore throats and respiratory infection or inflammation. May assist with indigestion and diarrhoea. Anti-inflammatory, soothes urinary tract upsets. Useful for babies if cooled tea is gently rubbed onto the gums for teething and pain relief. Marshmallow has no relationship to the confectionery of the same name.

DIRECTIONS:

Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water. Steep 5-8 mins and strain. Maximum 3 cups daily. Half strength for children under 12.
