How to use:

Use ½ to 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Add herb and water to pot, bring water gently to a boil and steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add a little honey if desired. This tea is described as bitter but sweet. Dilute with more hot water if too strong. Half dose for children over 12. 1-3 cups maximum daily.
