Directions for Use:

Adults: Start by taking 4 capsules with 250ml of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before going to bed. If you do not have 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serving size by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved. Continue this quantity for 7 consecutive days.

Maintenance Use:

Use the same number of capsules that you used during your cleanse, 2 to 3 times per week, or as needed. What you are looking for is the number of capsules required to achieve 3-5 bowel movements the following day.

Warnings:

Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
