DOSAGE:

Adults:
Take two to four capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule two to four times daily.

Children aged 6-12 years:
Take one to two capsules with a meal 30 minutes before travel or one capsule with a meal twice daily.

CAUTIONS
