INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Traditional galactagogue to enhance breast milk production and flow in nursing mothers.

Fenugreek is a nutritive herb traditionally used during times of debility and convalescence.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed powder 300mg

Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb powder 150mg

DOSAGE:
Adults:
Take two to three capsules twice daily with a large glass of water (250mL), or as professionally prescribed.

CAUTIONS
Not recommended during pregnancy due to potential emmenagogue properties of Blessed thistle.

Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage.

Monitor blood sugar levels with those patients taking other hypoglycaemic agents.

Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
