This product is recommended for women experiencing stronger symptoms Of Pre & Post Menopause. They are most likely in the peak of the menopause.

 Harmony Menopause and Menopause Max can be used interchangeably dependent on symptoms and early signs of Menopause.

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: 

Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose – microcrystalline, Silica – colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.

Dosage:

Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily

Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Directions:

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.
