Carum carvi (caraway) fruit extract 42.4 mg, equiv. dry fruit 35.6 mg,

Directions for use: 

Children between 6 to 12 years of age: Take 2 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.

Adults and children 13 years and older: Take 3 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.
