How to use:

Massage: Add 1-2 drops of ECO essential oil to 5ml of the carrier oil.

Rollerball: For a 2% dilution add up to 6 drops of ECO essentail oils to 10ml rollerball. Add up to 15 drops to a 25ml rollerball.
