This is a herbal alterative tonic that may help to improve general endurance and stamina. It may also be of benefit for nocturnal enuresis in children over 3 years of age.

How to use:

Dissolve the granules in a small cup of boiling water and let it cool down (1g metric spoon enclosed in the package).

Children 3-7 years: 2g three times daily.

Children 8-12 years: 3g three times daily.
