Carwari Organic Ponzu is made with organic Japanese citrus juice - Yuzu, Yuko and Sudachi blended with mellow organic gluten free tamari soy sauce. Umami produced from kombu seaweed and shiitake mushroom bringing a well balanced flavour. This refreshing and umami-rich condiment will be your new pantry staple! 
No artificial flavours added and vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

Organic tamari soy sauce (soybean, salt), organic rice vinegar, organic yuzu citrus, organic sugar, salt, organic yuko citrus, organic sudachi citrus, organic rice fermented seasoning, kombu seaweed, organic dried shiitake mushroom.

Directions for Use:

This product is best for a dipping sauce for cooked vegetables, seafood, meats, dumplings or dressing for salads and more.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
