Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute is a 100% natural alternative to sugar. Nature Sweet contains sugar alcohols, which are naturally found in many fruits and vegetables. They are sweet like sugar but do not cause spikes in blood glucose levels, cravings or binge eating like sugar does.
