Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: Psyllium Husk Powder 550mg.

Free from sugar, yeast, corn, starch, milk derivatives, gluten, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

How to use:

Adults: Take 2-6 capsules once or twice daily followed by a full glass (250ml) of cool water. Swallow only one capsule at a time.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Use only as directed. 

Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. 

If symptoms persist seek medical advice. 

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present. 

May cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to Psyllium Powder.
