Our baking powder combines pure cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda and organic corn starch.

Aluminium free and Gluten free.

Ingredients:

(in order of amount of ingredients): *corn starch*, acid:cream of tartar(24.7% monopotassium tartate), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate(bi-carb soda).

*Ingredients certified organic. No use of GMOs.
