Magnesium Bath Flakes Ultra: Approximately 15g elemental magnesium and 3g elemental sulfur (from OptiMSM) per cup.

Product Application and Usage

Magnesium bath flakes, or bath salts, are pure magnesium chloride for rapid absorption. Simply dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 20 minutes or more. Following the bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry. For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups. For body soaks, dissolve up to 6 cups.
